About the Kalcin women vision project

The Kalcin women vision project is a micro agricultural initiative in Burkina Faso. It started in 2021. Thanks to generous donations from private families and supporting organizations, we have at the moment over 500 square meters of land dedicated to producing fresh and healthy food for the surrounding community.

This initiative is entirely dedicated to the women, who are doing the work and so are taking care of the families and especially the children. Which means it’s dependent on caring people who believe in the goals of the project who are willing to give up their own time, and other supporters who are willing to donate resources to keep us going.

In addition to providing the land and resources needed to grow fresh produce and some medical herbs, we partner with experts to provide educational programming to kids and adults who are interested in learning and helping the garden grow.

If you’re interested in supporting us, please look into our membership program or consider donating. We try and make it as easy as possible for anyone to get involved so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
